Terms and Conditions

 

Your contractual partner for all orders is G &  R Handels  GmbH -Gemstore-24.com – Online Shop.These following terms and conditions apply in their respective valid version. These terms and conditions shall also apply to companies. Divergent conditions or general business conditions of the customer shall not be valid unless it has been agreed otherwise in writing.

 

1. Conclusion of Contract

 

1.1. The product representations contained in the online shop of the seller do not constitute binding offers on the part of the seller, but intended to submit a binding offer by the customer.

 

1.2. The customer can submit the offer via the in the online shop integrated order form. Here the customer closes, after he has selected goods and / or services in the virtual shopping cart and did go through the electronic ordering process, by clicking the final ordering process button, a legally binding contract offer in relation to the goods and / or services in the shopping cart . In addition, the customer can also offer telephone, by fax, by email or by mail to the seller.

 

1.3. The seller may accept the offer of the customer within five days,

– By forwarding the customer a written confirmation of order or an order confirmation in writing (fax or email), and the extent of the receipt of the order confirmation by the customer is decisive, or

2. Retention of title

 

2.1. The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of all claims.

 

3. Prices and Payment

 

3.1. Provided that the offer of this seller isn´t changing the price, all prices include VAT. If necessary, additional delivery and shipping costs are displayed separately in the respective product description.

3.2. The minimum order is 25,00 Euro

3.3. Customers can choose from several payment options available, which are stated in the online shop of the seller.

3.4. Is prepayment agreed, payment is due immediately after conclusion.

 

4. Shipping & Conditions

 

4.1. Unless otherwise stated in the offer, we sent the goods within 2-4 working days (Monday to Friday) after receipt of the said address by the buyer in the delivery.

7. Withdrawal
